In most productions, no. Clara is the girl who receives the Nutcracker, and the Sugar Plum Fairy is the queen who welcomes her. A few productions let Clara grow up and dance the grand finale herself. That's why sisters love to go as both.

Does the Sugar Plum Fairy have wings?

Usually she is shown in a tutu and tiara without wings, though some productions add them. We make her both ways, so you choose.
