The Sugarplum Coquette Commission

Satin bows, French lace and the softest sugarplum pinks, designed around one girl. Every Sugarplum Coquette gown is commissioned, not bought off a rail. You decide where each bow sits, which lace frames her neckline and how far the skirt sweeps. Our Miami atelier then cuts it from her own measurements.

The Details You Choose

The bows: a single oversized satin bow at the back, a cascade down the skirt, or tiny bows scattered across the bodice. Silk satin or velvet ribbon, in any color.
The lace: French lace at the neckline, along the hem or layered over the whole skirt.
The palette: sugarplum pink, blush, ivory, powder blue, or cherry-red ribbon on cream.
The sleeves: puffed, fluttered, off the shoulder or sleeveless.
Her name: custom monogramming on the bodice or a ribbon, upon request.

The Twirl Dress: knee-length and full, made for spinning through her birthday party.
The High-Low Gown: short in front, sweeping behind into a train, for a dramatic entrance.
The Floor-Length Ball Gown: layered to the floor for portraits, holiday galas and grand celebrations.

From Sketch to Final Bow

Send us her five measurements and any inspiration photos. Within one week, our design team sends original sketches, and you can change anything until it is exactly right. You approve the lace, satin and ribbon colors before anything is cut. Then you follow the making through photographs, approving the bodice, the skirt and the bow placement, and you give your final approval before it ships.

Make It a Matching Set

A matching cape, $399. A teddy bear in a miniature version of her gown, $399. A matching 18-inch doll dress, $399, bows and all.

Comfort and Timing

Every gown is lined with our No-Itch Silk-Touch lining, with no wires, hoops, glue or shedding glitter. An adjustable lace-up back lets it grow with her. Commissions take 4 to 6 weeks, and rush service is available. Every gown ships by tracked express delivery to 85 countries, with duties prepaid.
