1. Domestic Excellence (USA)
We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all domestic orders exceeding $3,000.
- Bespoke Standard ($125): Dispatched within 21 business days via USPS or DHL. Arrival typically within 7 days of transit.
- Priority Atelier ($175): Immediate processing. Dispatched same or next business day via USPS Priority or DHL Express. Arrival within 7 business days.

3. Asset Protection & Liability
To safeguard your investment, we automatically integrate Route Package Protection with every order, covering loss, theft, or transit damage. Should you choose to opt-out, Calgary & Ballerini waives all liability for the parcel once it has been scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Return & Exchange Protocol
1. Eligibility Window
Return authorizations must be requested within 5 calendar days of parcel delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all security tags, dust bags, and branded packaging intact. Visibly altered or washed garments will be returned to the client at their expense.
2. Final Sale Classifications
To maintain our couture standards, the following are strictly Non-Returnable:
- All Bespoke and Custom-to-Order Commissions.
- Final Clearance and Archive Sale items.
- Accessories, Hosiery, Jewelry, and Hair Ornaments.
- Swimwear (unless hygienic strips remain untouched).
3. Processing Fees
Approved returns for store credit are subject to a 35% Restocking & Administrative Fee. Shipping fees and applied promotional codes are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for all return logistics and associated customs duties.
