Bespoke Commissions
At Calgary and Ballerini, you don't buy a dress. You commission one. Each gown is designed for one girl, sketched by our design team, cut from her own measurements and approved by you at every stage. Commissions range from $699 to $25,000.
What You Can Commission
First Birthday Gowns: Knee-Length $699, High-Low $899, Floor-Length Ball Gown $1,100.
Storybook Princess Gowns, ages 2 to 8, from $899.
The Cinderella Commission, $1,800, with her wand and crown included.
Flower Girl Gowns for weddings.
Feather Gowns for Eid, weddings and celebrations.
Communion Dresses, delivered to Ireland and Dublin.
Gowns of any scale, up to $25,000, for galas, pageants and once-in-a-lifetime occasions.
Bespoke Additions
A matching cape, $399.
A teddy bear wearing a miniature version of her gown, $399.
A matching 18-inch doll dress, $399.
Satin bloomers and custom monogramming, upon request.
The Commission Process
1. Tell us the occasion, her age, your date and any inspiration photographs.
2. Within one week, our design team sends original sketches. Change anything until it is exactly right.
3. Approve the exact fabrics and colors before anything is cut.
4. Her pattern is drafted from her five measurements. See Made to Measure.
5. Follow the making through photographs, approving the bodice, then the skirt, then the finishing details.
6. See the finished gown and give your final approval before it ships.
Timing
Most commissions take 4 to 6 weeks. Rush service is available, so send us your event date and we will confirm what is possible. Every gown ships by tracked express delivery to 85 countries, with duties prepaid.
