No. There is no official dress code for Cinderella's Royal Table. Regular theme park clothing — shorts, t-shirts, jeans, and sneakers — is completely acceptable for guests of every age. The only rule that applies is Disney's general park dress code: guests must wear a shirt and shoes at all times, and clothing should be appropriate for a family environment.
