Shipping policy

 

We currently ship within the US and to most countries worldwide! Our warehouse is located in Miami FL, USA. All inventory is US based, so most orders are dispatched within 3-4 weeks. We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to the peak selling season, invalid or incomplete addresses, customs clearance issues, force majeure, and public holidays. Please note that shipping carriers do not guarantee delivery times since Covid began. The shipping schedules below are estimated timing.

We are pleased to offer Free standard shipping on orders over $3000 for USA delivery.

Shipping within USA (Domestic)

Standard Shipping $125 (Weight Based). Orders are processed within 21 business days after placing your order. Your order ships with USPS First Class Mail or DHL and arrives in 7 days once shipped depending on location.

Priority Shipping $175 (Weight Based). Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. Your order ships with USPS Priority or DHL, whichever is the faster estimated service for your area and arrives in 7 business days. 

Shipping to Canada

Standard Shipping $175 (Weight Based). Orders are processed within 21 business days after placing your order. Your order ships with USPS First Class International or UPS depending on location. Arrives in 5-10 business days.

Express Shipping $150 Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. Your order ships with UPS. Arrives in 7 business days. 

Shipping to Europe

Standard Shipping $125 depending on weight and location. Orders are processed within 21 business days after placing your order. Your order ships with USPS First Class International. Packages take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive once shipped. 

Express Shipping Weight based $150, calculated at Checkout. Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. Your order ships with UPS Worldwide Expedited Services. Takes 7 business days to arrive once shipped.

Shipping to Australia

Standard Shipping $250+ depending on location. Orders are processed within 21 business days after placing your order. Your order ships with USPS First Class International. Packages take approximately 1-3 weeks to arrive once shipped. 

Express Shipping Weight Based $275, Calculated at Checkout. Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. Your order ships with USPS Priority Mail Express International, UPS or DHL. Takes 5-7 days to arrive once shipped.

Shipping International to Asia, Middle East, and Latin America.

Express Shipping Weight Based $125, Calculated at Checkout. Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. Your order ships with UPS or DHL. Takes 5-7 days to arrive once shipped.

For Saudi Arabia duty fees are included in shipping fee.

Because we do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible, we are often unable to make changes to your order or cancel your order once it’s been placed. We do not retroactively issue refunds or credit for coupon codes or gift cards that are not applied at the time of checkout. Please make sure the address you enter at checkout is correct. The customer will be responsible for any re-delivery fees should a package be returned to us as undeliverable because of any address mistakes. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with product tracking information. Please allow 48hr for tracking updates in the system. 

Please note that shipping carriers do not guarantee delivery times since Covid19 began.

Pre-order and custom order items take extra time for processing and delivery and approximate shipping dates will be listed in the product description. Cancellation of pre-orders may not always be possible and will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. We do not guarantee shipping or delivery times of pre-orders.

We advise choosing our priority shipping option at checkout to include insurance coverage for up to $1000 for your orders. We also offer Route Package Protection with every order, which covers items/packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Route Package Protection is automatically added to your order, but you have the option to remove it before placing your order if desired. Please note that if you choose to remove Route Package Protection, you accept that Calgary and Ballerini is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you place an order with Route Package Protection and your item(s) / package(s) are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please contact Route to file a claim. You can report an issue with Route through the mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you received from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com.

Gift wrapping is available. Please email us with any special requests to info@petitemaisonkids.com, and we would be more than happy to try and accommodate.

Calgary and Ballerini is not responsible for any loss or damage of item(s) during the return process.

Once items in an order have been scanned and marked as delivered by the courier / mail carrier, Calgary and Ballerini will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery; all items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. Calgary and Ballerini does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for any packages or orders that the carrier confirms as being delivered. We are not responsible for the delivery of international economy packages. 

All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer duty/VAT COD (Collect on Delivery) – buyer pays all costs

Please inspect items upon receiving them. If you do not notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery, we cannot help you. The date of package delivery is day 1 of the 7 calendar days allowed for returns. 

Covid19 Policy Update:

Due to the global pandemic, shipping companies still frequently experience delays and do not guarantee delivery times. Please allow up to an extra 10 business days for delivery within the US and up to an extra 30 - 60 business days for international standard deliveries. For any orders placed with priority and express shipping services, please allow up to an extra 7 business days for delivery within the US and and up to an extra 14 business days for international express deliveries. We do not refund shipping costs for delayed packages. Please contact the appropriate shipping carrier if your package is delayed in transit for any further information. We advise checking with your local post office for further updates and for local tracking. Sometimes packages are held in customs and require pickup or additional paperwork. 
Standard international packages are shipped with USPS and delivery can take up to 31 business days. Due to Covid19, we have been advised that delays can last for up to 3 months. Please choose our express delivery option at checkout should you need package quickly. The estimated express shipping delivery time frame is typically between 5 and 10 business days. 

RETURNS

Returns may be requested within 5 calendar days from the delivery of the parcel. The package delivery date is day 1 of the 5 calendar days allowed for returns.

Once a return has been authorized by a Calgary and Ballerini representative, the parcel must be returned to our warehouse within 7 calendar days (30 days for international returns). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return arrives to us over 7 days after return authorization date (15 if international), the return will not be accepted. At that point we will offer you the option of shipping the item back to you. Return shipping fees will apply. If an item is received damaged, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date of the item. For damaged items, you will be provided an exchange for a new same item, where possible. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Coupon/discount code amounts are non-refundable.

We cannot retroactively refund or apply coupon codes to past purchases if the code is not entered at checkout by the customer. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Contact us for return or exchange approval and instructions by emailing info@calgaryandballerini.com 

All sale items and any products that are not Calgary and Ballerini brand are final sale, however some of these items can be returned for store credit if approved by a Calgary and Ballerini representative within 5 calendar days of the order delivery date. 

Final clearance sale items are not returnable and will be listed as such under the product description. Health and personal care items, toys, gift cards, and accessories are final sale.

All hair accessories, jewelry, and hosiery are final sale, but may be returned for store credit. Hats may be returned if they are in original condition with tags still attached. Bathing suits may be returned but must have hygienic strip still attached and all original tags and the original packaging in place.

Please note that custom orders cannot be returned. Some pre-orders can be returned if authorized by a Calgary and Ballerini representative, however a 35% re-stocking fee will apply, and the rest of the return will be in store credit.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Visibly worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be processed and will be returned to you, and return shipping fees will apply. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order. The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items (if applicable). Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes/bags, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

Gift card items can be returned for store credit within 5 calendar days after the delivery date for store credit.

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not fulfill our Return & Exchange Policy. Product reclaim shipping fees will apply.
